Rebecca Whitlock serves as Assistant Director for Project Operations for the NSF Leadership-Class Computing Facility (LCCF) at the Texas Advanced Computing Center. She oversees project operations including budget execution, scheduling, and risk management to support large-scale research infrastructure initiatives. Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience leading complex federally funded programs and collaborative, multi-agency projects. Before joining TACC, she was Senior Director of FEMA Services at GrantWorks, where she led major resilience and mitigation program portfolios.
