Lisa Garbrecht directs the Evaluation Services division of TACC that was launched in 2019. Lisa is the former Director of Evaluation Services of the UT Austin's College of Education STEM Center and has over 25 years of experience designing and conducting program evaluation and research on STEM education, professional development, workforce development, public health, and other research projects. She has led the evaluations of numerous international, national, statewide, and regional teacher professional learning initiatives designed to improve teaching and student learning in K-20 STEM education and careers. Lisa has also taught research methods, assessment, and learning courses in the Colleges of Education at the University of California, Irvine and at Arizona State University.
