Craig joined the TACC team in February 2016, specializing in user experience evaluation. He works to improve user satisfaction by assessing the usability, accessibility, and enjoyment in the interaction between the user and the portal.
Before TACC, Craig did research at the Human Interface Technology LAB in Seattle, WA. He also spent a year in Santa Barbara, CA teaching Engineering to children in after-school STEM programs using the Lego System.
