Chris Ramos joined TACC in 2019. Previously, he worked with UT Austin's ITS Help Desk as the Lead Identity Specialist, where he secured and analyzed university accounts for staff, faculty, students, and affiliates. He is now on the frontline support team for TACC within the HPC group, troubleshooting issues with jobs users encounter and educating them on best practices for use of TACC's machines.
