Expanding Pathways in Computing

Chanel previously worked with TACC as a contractor for 4 years training teachers to earn their certification in Computer Science K-12. She will be responsible for assisting in the development of curriculum and delivering training to help teachers earn their certification to teach high school computer science courses and feel comfortable with integrating lessons with AI and cybersecurity. She has 15 years of teaching experience in K-12 and at the college level. Her previous position was as a computer science/dual credit instructor in Crowley ISD. She also is an adjunct instructor at Tarrant County College.
